Ribbon Cutting Celebration

On February 19th, Cobalt Salon celebrated with the Honorable Mayor Stephen R. Reed to dedicate Cobalt to the City of Harrisburg.

Mayor Reed spoke of Cobalt's three Board Certified Cosmetologists Cobalt employees as well as the 25,000 dollars invested in re-vamping the former barbershop to a chic urban.

Very special thanks to the Mayor and his staff for participating in this exciting event for Cobalt Salon and Clark Resources.
